Siwy Cut Offs Are A Must This Summer

2008
Siwy Cut Offs are still a summer hit! I purchased a pair of Siwy Camilla’s back in 2006 and it’s still my favorite cut offs to wear all summer long and celebrities are not backing off either. From Vanessa Hudgens, Lindsay Lohan, Nicole Richie to Kate Moss, they are all sporting the casual style of denim cut offs.

Siwy shorts runs true to size and stretchy which makes them so comfortable. Super comfy and super cute, what more do you want? Check out Siwy’s Camilla, beaded Billy’s in Wonder and Siwy Holly Denim Cut Offs with Black Heart Patches at Singer22.

Just like your bunk, right?

Kate Moss, Daria Werbowy, and Lara Stone are on the cover of W‘s July “summer camp” issue. The magazine sent these gals off to Miami with photographer Bruce Weber and designers like Alexander Wang, Georgina Chapman of Marchesa, the Rodarte girls, and Christophe Decarnin of Balmain. Their time together at, uh, Camp W produced an awesome, big, racy, and, yes, campy editorial spread. Naturally there’s nary a glass of bug juice in sight at Camp W, but there are loads of to-die-for gowns which the girls swim in instead of bathing suits and some really killer fuck-me heels. And no camp is complete without family day — in this case, Kate Moss’s dad and little sister come to visit. We ought to mention nudity at Camp W is as natural as making s’mores was at ours. Enjoy a few of the images after the jump.

Gisele Bündchen on Money, Tom Brady, and Eating Disorders

Posted by: admin
June 18th,
2008

We’ve always had a girl crush on Gisele Bündchen. Even though we’d pale in comparison walking next to her, we would love to be her best friend forever. Why? To start, the woman inspires us to work out until we’ve sweat enough to fill a swimming pool. Second, we like that in a day when it’s hard to find celebrities without resident camera crews in their homes, she’s remained kind of a mystery. She keeps her personal life personal — or tries to at least. Yet she’s less press-shy than Kate Moss. And she comes across as so modest and normal that we actually believe her when she says her salary isn’t important to her. (Then again, she doesn’t need to worry since those millions aren’t growing legs and walking away anytime soon.) Also, when she first watched American football, it really confused her, and well, we’ve watched American football several times and it still confuses us. In the issue of GQ hitting stands next week, she talks about her salary, Tom Brady, and (gasp) eating disorders. Some highlights:

She did not actually make $35 million last year as Forbes reported.

Do you think [salary]’s important to me? Look, this is my job. I take pictures. There is no big deal. I would like to know who this reporter is finding out all of these amounts. And I would like him to talk to my accountant and figure out where is the cash that’s missing. Because I haven’t seen it.

She’s not a “man eater.”

I’ve always been in serious relationships. I meet someone and date him for a long period. I don’t sit there thinking, like, “I wonder if I can seduce that guy.” I have other things in my mind.

In 2005 she told the Boston Herald she thought Tom Brady was “cute” to avoid talking about him.

Look, I’m Brazilian. I had never seen football before. I’m freezing, and all I’m thinking is, When can I go back to New York City? I didn’t understand why they were all hitting each other. Now I do, but I didn’t. I just wanted to get out of there, so I’m just gonna say what you say to get out of a conversation. If he had been any other guy, I would have said the same thing. We met through a friend who knew us both for a long time. Believe me, I didn’t even remember [the picture of Brady]. Our friend knew that we would like each other. And we did. So I guess he was right.

She’s not afraid to tell the GQ reporter his questions are stupid.

What you are to Vogue, Brady is to GQ, in a way. He’s a regular in this magazine. He’s also done some advertising work. My editor wondered if you’ve advised him at all in his modeling career.

Oh, my God. I want you to tell your editor that that’s a very stupid question. It’s private. And — nah.

She says she’s never come across anyone with an eating disorder:

I don’t think it’s something that people go around talking about. I do think what saved me is that I’ve been very athletic since I was very young. I think your body has muscle memory.
